Join FUCHS LUBRICANTS BENELUX as an Account Manager - Industry Netherlands. FUCHS LUBRICANTS BENELUX is located in Huizingen, near Brussels, and produces a significant part of the grease demand for the entire FUCHS Group.
As an Account Manager Industry, you will be responsible for maintaining and further expanding our customer base in the Netherlands. You will manage existing customer relationships and actively seek new commercial opportunities. With your technical interest and commercial approach, you will build sustainable partnerships and guide projects from prospecting to successful implementation.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively prospect the market and develop new commercial opportunities
- Guide projects from initial contact to successful completion
- Develop commercial action plans in consultation with the Sales Manager
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and guide them on technical and commercial issues
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to realise projects successfully
- Participate in trade fairs and commercial events to further strengthen FUCHS's visibility
- Advise customers on technical solutions and process improvements that contribute to more efficient operations
Requirements:
- HBO/Bachelor level of education
- Several years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar commercial field sales function
- Affinity with industrial processes and technical environments
- Commercially oriented, proactive, and result-driven
- Fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of German is a plus point
