As a Style Consultant, your typical day will include:
- Executing visual standards and inspirational signage to drive sales and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Leveraging store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest shopping patterns
- Maintaining product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity
- Supporting guest services, including backup cashiering, order pickup, and Drive-up
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem-solving are essential
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and scan merchandise, as well as climb ladders
