Description
The Hardware Platform Organization at Anduril is seeking a Configuration Manager to oversee configuration management and change control across critical hardware programs.
The successful candidate will define and maintain product baselines, drive engineering change processes, and serve as the focal point for configuration identification, status accounting, and audits in a fast-paced design, engineering, and manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end configuration management for assigned programs
- Defining and maintaining product baselines in Teamcenter
- Managing the engineering change process from initiation through implementation
- Facilitating configuration control forums and leading configuration audits
- Partnering with Configuration Management Analysts to build and maintain status accounting dashboards
- Providing guidance to engineering teams on Teamcenter workflows
- Performing periodic audits of as-built records against product definition data
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 5+ years of direct product configuration management experience
- Experience working in high-complexity, high-rate production environments
- Familiarity with configuration management standards and practices
- Experience with PLM and/or data management toolsets
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in the aerospace or defense industry, hands-on experience with Teamcenter, Confluence, and Jira, proficiency in technical writing, database skills, and CM2 certification.
