Description
We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead our Electrical Maintenance Unit at Forsmark Nuclear Power Plant, a major electricity producer in Sweden. As a leader, you will drive development, inspire collaboration, and ensure safe and stable operations.
The Electrical Maintenance Unit plays a crucial role in maintaining the power plant's electrical systems and equipment. You will oversee a team of 54 employees and approximately 30 contractors, working closely with other departments and units.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Electrical Maintenance Unit
- Ensure safe and stable operations
- Collaborate with other departments and units
- Drive development and improvement initiatives
- Manage unit economics
- Represent the Maintenance Department in cross-functional matters
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Practical experience in electrical work
- Leadership experience
- Proficiency in Swedish and English

- Experience working in nuclear facilities
