Description
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Subang Jaya. As a full-time employee, you will focus on recruiting and placing hires for various client projects across multiple industries.
You will work closely with clients to understand their workforce needs and source, screen, and place hires. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with internal teams and external clients to understand their staffing needs for independent contractors
- Utilizing various recruiting platforms to find qualified talent
- Assessing candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the role
- Guiding hires through the hiring process, from offer to contract execution
- Maintaining regular communication with talent and addressing any issues that arise
- Ensuring 1099 contractors understand and comply with all tax, legal, and compliance requirements
- Staying informed about industry trends and compensation benchmarks for 1099 talent
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Previous recruiting experience, preferably through third-party agencies
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Exceptional customer service, telephone manner, and multitasking skills
- Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office products, Workday Recruiting, and candidate sourcing using internet tools like LinkedIn and job boards
