We are seeking a Customer Consultant to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG. As a Customer Consultant, you will provide tailored advice to our customers on a wide range of financial products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide customer-centric advice on our comprehensive range of financial products
- Build sustainable customer relationships through face-to-face conversations and telephone contact
- Take responsibility for caring for customers in your branch
- Collaborate closely and trustfully with your branch team
- Organise your working day independently and be a competent contact person for your customers on all financial matters
Your Profile:
- Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
- Successful commercial training - ideally as a bank clerk - or several years of professional experience, preferably in customer consulting or sales
- Lateral entrants with a passion for working with people are welcome
- High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing conditions
- Strong interest in financial topics and economic interrelationships
