We are seeking a Customer Consultant to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Delmenhorst.
As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for providing demand-oriented advice on our comprehensive range of financial products.
Your tasks will include:
- Providing independent advice to customers on financial products
- Building sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact
- Taking responsibility for customer care in your branch
- Working closely and trustfully with your branch team
- Organising your working day independently and being a competent contact person for customers on all financial matters
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
- A successful commercial education - ideally as a bank clerk or with several years of experience in customer consulting or sales
- High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing conditions
- A strong interest in financial topics and economic interrelationships
