HPE Networking is seeking a Vice President, Strategy to drive strategy and planning across HPE Networking.
The successful candidate will define HPE Networking's long-term strategic direction, growth priorities, and strategic roadmap.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining business strategy and shaping strategic choices across networking, security, AI, cloud, and adjacent opportunities
- Driving strategic planning and execution, translating strategy into annual and multi-year plans
- Developing deep insight into customers, competitors, market dynamics, and technology shifts
- Leading strategic growth initiatives and shaping portfolio and investment decisions
- Serving as a strategic partner to the HPE Networking Leadership Team
The ideal candidate will have prior experience at a leading strategy consulting firm, deep knowledge of the tech industry, and a proven track record of translating strategy into revenue growth and business performance.

The expected salary range for this position is $199,000 - $437,000 per year in California and $190,000 - $437,000 per year in Texas.
