Description
We are looking for a Captain to join Trip Assist, CREW's on-trip concierge. You'll be the person our travelers talk to while they're on their trip, handling queries, building and maintaining trip plans, coordinating with hotels and vendors, and ensuring smooth trip execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build accurate day-by-day itineraries using our service design
- Confirm hotel bookings and research sightseeing, dining, and activity options
- Respond quickly and effectively to traveler queries
- Make information visual through checklists, maps, and neatly formatted day plans
- Flag escalations immediately and triage issues
- Coordinate with partners, including hotels, DMCs, guides, and transport partners
- Follow every process, every time, including end-of-trip NPS messages and follow-ups
- Own the small stuff, catching timing clashes or gaps in the itinerary
- Use AI tools in your day-to-day workflow and flag repetitive work that's worth automating
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in a concierge role, trip management, or on-ground travel operations
- Hands-on vendor coordination experience
- Fast, clear, and warm written communication skills
- Strong ops mindset and attention to detail in itineraries
- Genuine passion for travel and destination knowledge
