Description
We're seeking a Director of Account Management to lead our SMB Account Management team at Braze. As a leader in customer engagement, we're looking for someone to shape and scale our Account Management across EMEA through upsells and renewals.
About the role: You will be responsible for a growing team of Account Managers, managing a medium-sized team with a high level of experience. You will coach and lead a team of Account Managers growing and retaining SMB and mid-market customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of up to 8 Account Managers
- Continue to shape and scale Account Management across EMEA
- Collaborate with all customer-facing teams across the org
- Drive upsells and renewals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience within Sales for Mobile or Marketing Technology
- At least 3 years of experience managing a regional team of Commercial / Mid-market Sales executives or Account Managers
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Integrations/Onboarding, Customer Success, and Sales Operations
