Join Barclays as a summer intern in Investment Banking and gain hands-on experience in the financial industry.
You'll work on live deals, client pitches, and develop holistic solutions for corporate clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating on live deals and client pitches
- Supporting the team with advising on corporate clients
- Delivering structured solutions to meet client goals
- Participating in training and development programs
- Identifying opportunities and developing business cases
- Managing client relationships and providing customer service support
- Developing and implementing financial models and strategies
- Training and mentoring junior colleagues
As an Associate, you'll be expected to:

The program offers a comprehensive business overview, and you'll work on real projects with immediate responsibility guided by a mentor and line manager. You'll have the opportunity to work on projects such as financial analysis and modeling, valuation, industry research, and client due diligence.
The internship is based in San Francisco at our state-of-the-art office at 4 Embarcadero Ctr.
