Description
We are seeking a Business Banking Manager, Associate to join our team in Mumbai, India.
The primary objective of this role is to enhance the value of our existing trade account portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on credit-related client solutions and assessing loans from an income and risk perspective
- Preparing credit submissions for approval and monitoring credit exposures
- Identifying business clients' credit needs and proposing suitable products and services
- Supporting efforts to gain new business and grow earnings potential from existing clients
- Advising and guiding teams in the development of bespoke products and solutions
- Working with functional and cross-functional colleagues to ensure products meet client needs
- Maintaining and growing business contacts and leads in the lending business
- Compliance with internal and credit-related regulations
Requirements:
- Experience in servicing or sourcing clients
- Liabilities experience for sourcing Capital accounts (FDI / ODI / ECB)
- Background in Banking / Premium club membership / (Paid) High End Credit card sales
- Excellent communication in English
- Minimum qualification: Graduation
- Minimum experience: 5-10 years in relevant field
