Description
As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Trulioo, you will play a key role in solving complex identity challenges for enterprise customers. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Service Delivery to design and implement solutions that meet customer needs. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to influence strategic outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers directly, acting as the key technical point of contact for strategic customers
- Own the discovery process to uncover business objectives and customer technical requirements
- Translate technical and business requirements into scalable solutions
- Advise on best practices across identity, compliance, fraud, risk, and integrations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer outcomes
- Contribute to internal knowledge and technical excellence
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or combination of desired experience and education
- 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Technical Support, Solutions Consultant, or Implementation Specialist role
- Written and verbal English and Mandarin proficiency
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Technical background with familiarity in JSON, RESTful APIs, and native and web-based SDKs
- Strong API expertise (REST, API design, OAuth, API keys, JSON/XML)
- Experience with AI and emerging technologies is a plus
