Description
As an MBA IT Project Management Intern at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people around the world and make an impact by engaging in high-impact projects, being accountable for driving results, and taking advantage of growth and development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with multiple process teams to understand new or changing system capability requirements
- Develop solution options to address business requirements and recommend a preferred approach
- Collaborate with business users to identify where delivered system capabilities require modification or enhancement
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Completion of at least one semester of MBA coursework by the start of the internship
- Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Demonstrated business operations acumen
- Foundational knowledge of technical applications and infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
- Strong team collaboration skills
