The organisation provides supported living services for people with a range of support needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a compassionate team committed to the wellbeing of residents. You will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks and activities as directed, and help facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.
