Description
The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced nurse with strong clinical leadership and organisational skills to support the delivery of high-quality, safe and compassionate care to private patients as a Sister / Charge Nurse.
The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership, support the effective coordination of nursing services and promote an excellent patient experience in line with the Trust's values and standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing effective clinical leadership and acting as a role model for the nursing team
- Coordinating the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate nursing care
- Supporting the day-to-day management of the service, including the effective allocation of staff and resources
- Working collaboratively with consultants, the multidisciplinary team and other departments
- Monitoring clinical standards, participating in audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting the recruitment, induction, supervision and development of nursing staff
- Ensuring accurate clinical documentation, effective risk management and timely escalation of concerns
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with substantial post-registration experience, proven leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a busy, patient-focused environment.

Salary: £58,133 to £65,261 per annum.
