Description
Palantir is seeking a Subcontracts Manager to join its U.S. Government contracts and legal team.
The successful candidate will provide strategic support for business-to-business relationships throughout the supply chain, including negotiating and managing subcontracts, teaming agreements, and various supplier agreements.
Core Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including teaming agreements, subcontracts, data sharing, and license agreements
- Support pre-award and capture efforts as well as post-award subcontract negotiation and management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contractual terms with risk postures and technical requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of subcontracting processes, templates, and playbooks

- JD preferred but not required
What We Require
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in a Government contracts/subcontracts role
- Eligibility to access ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and CUI materials
- Extensive experience with and knowledge of FAR and DFARS
- Thorough knowledge of and experience with negotiating teaming agreements and prime contracts/subcontracts
- Experience at a U.S. Government contractor or tech company doing significant work with the U.S. Government preferred
Salary
The salary range for this position is estimated to be $90,000 - $130/year. Total compensation may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives.
