Description
Reddit is seeking a Business Analyst to break down complex business problems and solve them with analytical rigor. The successful candidate will lead analysis on business performance through data-driven analysis to derive insights that drive business decisions and recommendations. They will collaborate with business partners in sales, product, engineering, and marketing to improve data-driven decision making and drive go-to-market efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Break down complex business problems and solve them with analytical rigor
- Lead analysis on business performance through data-driven analysis to derive insights that drive business decisions and recommendations
- Collaborate with business partners in sales, product, engineering, and marketing to improve data-driven decision making and drive go-to-market efforts
- Write Advanced SQL queries to extract actionable insights from data to power business decisions
- Analyze and define key metrics that map to business initiatives
- Present insights to an external audience
- Test and measure impact from key growth initiatives across sales, product, and marketing
- Drive efficient processes to further streamline business operations
Requirements:
- Master's degree, or its foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or closely related quantitative discipline
- Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field
