Join the GrabMart & GrabExpress Strategy team to support key strategic and operational priorities across both businesses. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring GrabMart fleet operations run smoothly, with ownership of driver supply performance and close collaboration with Driver's product and functional teams.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:
- Own GrabMart fleet management by ensuring smooth day-to-day fleet operations, monitoring driver supply performance, and driving initiatives to improve supply health, service reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Partner closely with the regional driver product team and cross-functional stakeholders to address fleet-related challenges, improve operational processes, and support the implementation and adoption of new tools, products, and initiatives for GrabMart.
- Support GrabMart and GrabExpress strategy, from ideation and planning through execution, by tracking business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating insights into actionable recommendations and operating plans.
- Drive the execution of strategic plans and operational initiatives across GrabMart and GrabExpress by coordinating with stakeholders, following through on implementation, resolving on-the-ground issues, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses, or in a management consulting firm.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, basic SQL is a plus.
