Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize productivity. The successful candidate will supervise employees, coordinate logistical processes, ensure quality of goods, and prepare relevant documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures
- Read and understand operational reports to improve and deliver results
- Evaluate performance metrics for quality delivery and cost-efficient workflows
- Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing requirements
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing safety procedures
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems
- Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and inspecting equipment
- Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
- Contribute to team efforts and accomplish related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of warehouse experience
- At least 3 years of leadership and supervisory experience
- Ability to make decisions and hold people accountable
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience operating Power Industrial Equipment (Forklift, Order picker, Electric Jack, Reach-truck)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Work Schedule:
- Late evening shift starting at 4pm
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
Compensation Range:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $57,000 - $70,000
