Description
We are seeking a Seasonal Target Security Specialist (Seasonal TSS) to join our team at Target Global Supply Chain and Logistics. As a Seasonal TSS, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all Target team members, temporary workers, vendors, and visitors at our supply chain building.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Executing routines to support the development of a safe and secure work environment
- Operating Target-owned vehicles to execute yard and perimeter patrol routines
- Following emergency procedures and protocols in the event of emergencies, including incident notification to building leadership
- Following best practices and procedures relating to the security trailer management process
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Possess a high school degree or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and respond quickly and remain calm during crisis situations
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license for the state you are employed

The pay range per hour is $17.98 - $30.48. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.
