Description
We are seeking a Seasonal Target Security Specialist (Seasonal TSS) to join our team. As a Seasonal TSS, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all Target team members, temporary workers, vendors, and visitors at our supply chain building.
You will be responsible for executing routines to support the development of a safe and secure work environment. This will include operating Target-owned vehicles to execute yard and perimeter patrol routines, following emergency procedures and protocols in the event of emergencies, and adhering to best practices and procedures relating to the security trailer management process.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team that is constantly reimagining how to get the right product to the right guest faster and more cost-effectively. You will be expected to be proactive, creative, independent, innovative, and comfortable working in varying degrees of ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
- Execute routines to support the development of a safe and secure work environment

- Follow emergency procedures and protocols in the event of emergencies
- Adhere to best practices and procedures relating to the security trailer management process
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond quickly and remain calm during crisis situations
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license for the state employed

Pay Range: The pay range per hour is $17.98 - $30.48. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.
