Description
As a Methods Engineer at 3M's Aearo Technologies division in Ensenada, Baja California, you will play a key role in ensuring that the manufacturing system is established, implemented, and maintained according to AS9100 standards.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining configuration administration through customer documentation
- Assisting production cells
- Developing engineering projects
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably)
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing processes
- Intermediate to advanced English language skills
- Knowledge of CAD and SAP
Additional skills that would be beneficial for this role include:
- Experience with first article introductions
- Interpretation of engineering drawings
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge
- Performance evaluation-based work development
This role may involve up to 10% travel.
