We are looking for part-time Support Associates to join our Support team in Belgrade!
Responsibilities
- Supporting customers, courier partners, and venues via live chat and phone
- Ensuring smooth delivery operations
- Developing the support function with the support team and other teams within Wolt
Requirements
- Great communication skills with a personal touch, customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working hybrid (in the office several days a week)
- Ability to work in shifts (mornings, evenings, and weekends)
- Fast learner, able to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Serbian and professional working proficiency in English
