Description
We're looking for a Design Manager with a combination of creative leadership and personal craft.
You’ll lead design for Mercury’s Business Banking and Investments teams, spanning payments, accounts, and treasury.
In this role, you’ll:

- Have strong visual and interaction design craft.
- Know how to simplify complex product experiences.
- Have managed designers and raised the quality of their work.
- Have set a product vision and helped a team deliver it.
- Stay close to the design work.
- Build strong partnerships with Product and Engineering.
- Think and work like an owner.
- Build conviction without relying on authority.

Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following: US employees (any location): $228,700-$285,900 USD Canadian employees (any location): $216,200-$270,200 CAD
