As an HR Advisor at Coolblue Bezorgt, you play a crucial role in supporting and advising managers and employees at our Depot.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coaching team leaders to work more efficiently and effectively
- Finding tailored solutions for HR cases
- Strengthening leadership skills for managers
- Supporting new managers in their growth path
- Contributing to new HR initiatives to improve our depot
- Collaborating on projects to enhance the HR team

Requirements:
- HBO level of education in HRM or case management
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as an HR advisor
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and social security regulations
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
