As an HR Advisor at CoolblueBezorgt, you play a crucial role in supporting and advising managers and employees at our warehouses in the middle and east of the country.
You are the link between our employees and management, ensuring that HR processes run smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coaching team leaders to handle HR issues efficiently and effectively
- Supporting the guidance of our sick employees and those leaving Coolblue
- Finding suitable solutions in HR case law
- Strengthening leadership skills and helping starting managers grow
- Contributing to new HR initiatives to improve your warehouse
- Collaborating on projects to enhance the HR team

Requirements:
- HBO level of thinking and working, focused on HRM/casemanagement
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as an HR advisor or absence manager
- Experience in guiding employees according to the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor law and social security law
