Ninja Van, a leading tech-enabled logistics company in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Fleet Assistant to join its operations team in Sentul, Selangor. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient fleet management and optimisation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily fleet operations and monitoring drivers
- Improve operational processes to enhance delivery performance metrics
- Analyse fleet utilisation and route planning, collaborating with the management and algorithms team to optimise routes
- Prioritise and plan local fleet daily operations and flexible capacity growth strategy
- Develop new and improved analytics models and work on existing data gathering and analytics tools
- Collaborate with teams and departments to improve existing software across operational touchpoints
- Contribute to shaping Ninja Van's long-term strategy and expanding fleet capabilities
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- No formal experience is required, but prior experience demonstrating logic-driven problem-solving skills is advantageous
- Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to gather data, interpret, and develop process improvements
The role offers a competitive salary of RM2,050 - RM2,300 per month.
