As an Associate Development Manager, you will enable efficient, predictable, and transparent delivery of content initiatives. You will own delivery structure, process clarity, schedules, status visibility, and workflow improvement. You will partner with Producers and Directors to ensure the project is managed on time, to quality, and within budget.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain delivery schedules for operational initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, owners, and timelines.
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned, accountable, and aware of progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.
• Maintain up-to-date trackers and ensure information remains accurate across relevant systems.
• Document production and partner workflows, including process steps, POCs, lead times, handoffs, and dependencies.
• Provide stakeholder reporting on active campaign and seasonal content, delivery status, risks, and upcoming priorities.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements that increase speed, clarity, and scalability.
• Use automation to reduce manual work and improve information flow.

Your Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management or team leadership experience
• Experience in different project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with Jira is an asset.

• Delivery schedules, activation trackers, status reports, process maps, workflow documentation, risk and dependency updates, and workflow automations.
