Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
+ Establish the overall project development structure and guide the project team to proceed + Build up and maintain the project roadmap/schedule with an estimation of the scope of work + Build and evolve a team; identify resourcing needs, provide challenges and developmental opportunities to ensure that all employees reach their potential through mentoring and career development + Implement and monitor the cycle of each development process, support the team as needed + Develop working relationships with the immediate team and those outside of the immediate team that influence the completion of the project + Communicate with the project teams and coordinate requirements with external partners + Participate in the hiring process to ensure candidates meet project requirements + Produce milestone reports and ensure to deliver the quality build on time + Manage budget for procurement, travel and outsourcing + Identify and mitigate risks during the whole project cycle
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in leading complex programs, operations, or projects, including 5+ years in an operational leadership role
- Proven ability to build and improve operational processes, team effectiveness, and delivery outcomes
- Strong execution, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
- Passion for games, with an interest in soccer being a plus
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and version control systems

- Experience working with globally distributed teams and stakeholders
- Experience supporting live service operations and large-scale cross-functional programs
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience in game development or live service environments
- Knowledge of FC Mobile and football gaming landscape
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience
