Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company. As a Sales Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in our sales organization. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in training programs to develop sales and business acumen
- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and its products
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and merchandising
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
- Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily sales plans
- Collaborate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities
- Meet daily key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
- Support the team with audits, blitzes, display building, and merchandising to drive sales business
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
