Description
We are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to guide enterprise customers through their transition to Agentic Workflow Management (AWM). You will help customers define AI-powered work, align stakeholders, and drive measurable impact across their workflows.
The role is based in our Chicago office with a hybrid schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in-office, with flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays depending on the type of work and team partnerships.
What you’ll achieve
- Lead structured onboarding engagements, aligning customer stakeholders on platform setup and workflow priorities.
- Document and transition clear implementation plans, capturing prioritized workflows and risk mitigation strategies.
- Guide customers through process mapping, workflow configuration, and user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across time-bound engagements.
- Develop deployment roadmaps and forward-looking documentation.
- Lead recurring operational check-ins with customer account teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and R&D.
- Build repeatable frameworks and engagement processes for operational consistency.
About you
- Curious about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn.
- Proven experience in customer-facing implementation or consulting roles within SaaS or enterprise consulting environments.
- Strong understanding of generative AI and platform technologies.
- Ability to guide teams through AI change management and user adoption friction.
- Track record of managing complex enterprise projects and workstreams.
- Customer-centric approach with success in facilitating discovery sessions.
- Strong bias toward action, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Clear, structured communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with experience aligning cross-functional internal partners.
What we’ll offer
- Estimated base salary range: $147,000 - $167,000.
