Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Communications Manager, HR Communications to join its Global Communications team. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic communications advisor to Human Resources, shaping how HPE communicates its people priorities, including talent and performance initiatives, career and rewards programs, and employee engagement.
The role involves developing and executing compelling narratives and engaging communication experiences that resonate with team members worldwide. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience leading complex communications programs, and the ability to translate business priorities into compelling stories.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting HR communications initiatives by translating people-related programs into clear messages
- Developing communication strategies for people leaders and team members
- Drafting, editing, and coordinating content for multiple internal channels
- Serving as a trusted advisor to HR teams on communication best practices
- Project managing communications timelines and deliverables
- Ensuring all communications are clear, compelling, and aligned with HPE's brand standards
- Using engagement data to refine communication approaches
Requirements:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear language
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with independence and accountability
- Consultative mindset and strong listening skills
- Creative thinking and willingness to experiment with new communication tactics
- Strong program management and organizational skills
- Positive, collaborative approach
Qualifications:
- BA or BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, or HR communications
- Experience supporting HR, culture, or employee engagement communications is a plus
- Proficient command of English
- Familiarity with content management systems and collaboration tools is preferred

The expected salary range for this position is: United States of America: Annual Salary USD 105,500 - 213,500 in California // 92,600 - 213,500 in Texas
