Faculty is looking for a Delivery Manager to join their Defence team. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end success of high-impact AI transformation programmes for UK Defence customers.
The Defence team focuses on building and embedding human-centered AI solutions that give the nation a competitive edge in the defence sector. The team collaborates with clients to bring ethical, reliable, and cutting-edge AI to high-stakes situations.
As a Delivery Manager, you will be the crucial link between clients and expert data scientists, translating complex mission challenges into strategic, impactful AI solutions. You will own the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from initial scoping and planning through to final implementation and user adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of customer projects
- Collaborating with Defence stakeholders and technical teams to design innovative AI tools
- Managing project development cycles to ensure a rigorous delivery approach
- Forming strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Developing and executing compelling proposals and business pitches
- Translating complex technical requirements into actionable strategies
- Mentoring peers and taking a proactive leadership role in building world-class delivery processes
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the application of AI within the Defence and National Security sector, a proven track record in professional services, and significant experience working alongside technical teams to deliver complex software or data science projects.
