Description
Faculty is seeking a Delivery Manager to join its Energy Transition & Environment team. As a Delivery Manager, you will act as a pivotal commercial and delivery lead, driving high-stakes AI transformation for the UK's most critical partners in this space.
You will be a key point of contact for both external clients and internal technical teams, building deep networks of influence and solving complex challenges by bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI research and operational mission needs.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of AI projects for prominent clients across the energy and utilities value chain
- Collaborate with technical, innovation, and other key client teams
- Manage projects, drive development, and ensure a delivery approach that provides maximum value to the customer
- Form strong, trusting relationships with customers, internal team members, and technical partners
- Develop and execute compelling proposals to grow Faculty's footprint and impact across the Energy Transition sector
- Advise clients on AI strategy and technical implementation
- Mentor peers and take a proactive role in building robust processes and practices within the team
Requirements:
- Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery
- Broad understanding of the energy value chain
- Proven track record of delivering technical projects, ideally in AI
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work with technical teams and manage senior stakeholders
- Practical problem-solving skills and ability to identify potential risks
