The Starting Hourly Rate is $17.00 USD per hour, with a Pay Range of $17.00 USD - $25.50 USD per hour.

Responsibilities As a Seasonal Team Member, you will:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store
- Gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
Requirements To succeed in this role, you should:

Physical Demands This role requires:
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
