We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at our store located at 2626 E Stone Dr, Ste 90, Kingsport, TN 37660-5848.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.50 USD per hour.

There are several seasonal roles available:
- Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: As a sales force of specialised consultants, you will provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
- Seasonal Service & Engagement: As advocates of guest experience, you will welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: As experts of operations, process, and efficiency, you will enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
These roles can provide you with the knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store, and experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Enjoy working in a fun and energetic environment
- Are passionate about providing excellent service to guests
- Are interested in stocking, setting, and selling Target products
- Are not looking for a Monday-to-Friday job with a computer all day
Some of the skills required for this role include:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Additional requirements include:
- Accurately handling cash register operations
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Scanning, handling, and moving merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and regular attendance
