We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Director to join our London office, focusing on the Data Centre sector with our Mission Critical Facilities team.
As a Technical Director, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that ensure the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of data centre operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of skilled engineers and drive strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with industry leaders to shape the future of data centre technology
- Optimise energy consumption, enhance security protocols, and ensure seamless integration of emerging technologies
- Develop client relationships and brand within the UK and EMEA
- Meet monthly and annual budgets at a team level
- Work with the director and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Chartership through CIBSE/IET Engineering Council or open to working towards this
- Electrical design engineering expertise, including power distribution, power generation, and critical backup systems
- Innovative problem-solving and leadership skills
- Strategic vision and project management proficiency
