Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic On Premise Sales Executive, also known as a Musketeer, to join our team in Cancun, Mexico.
As a Musketeer, you will be the face of Red Bull in the On Premise environment, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the local scene, creating new opportunities, and driving business growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Living the Red Bull culture in the On Premise environment
- Communication and event activation
- Territory management and administration
- Market research and marketing
Key priorities will include:
- Ensuring perfect serve, visibility, consumption activation, right price, and menu placements
- Building genuine relationships with bars, restaurants, and events to drive brand love
Requirements:
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the On Premise market and local scene
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and high motivation
- Valid driver's license and availability for driving
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
