As a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans, undertake routine tasks, and facilitate patient wellbeing, dignity, and treatment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering prescribed care within an agreed framework
- Assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care with patients and their carers/families
- Accurately observing and engaging with patients to assess their needs and evaluate progress
- Monitoring and reviewing nursing care plans
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with 6-12 months of post-registration experience, an active NMC registration, and completion of a preceptorship programme. They should have a solid understanding of NMC guidelines, requirements, and professional practices, along with evidence of continuing professional development.
