Sourcing Executive (Dongguan, China)

We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our Procurement team , a goal-oriented, detail-oriented professional who is ready to deliver outstanding results and demonstrate exceptional efficiency as part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Source suppliers, request and analyze quotations, and purchase electronic components/products according to technical specifications for new devices and prototypes.
• Identify suitable alternatives for electronic components.
• Source and purchase tools, equipment, and consumables in China, Europe, and the USA for Production and R&D teams.
• Identify and develop new suppliers of components and materials to meet specific requirements within established timelines and budgets, while maintaining relationships with the existing supplier base.
• Monitor delivery timelines, pricing, payments, quality, order completeness, and primary accounting documentation.
• Negotiate and coordinate contracts in Ukrainian and English.
• Manage and monitor purchase orders and payments.

Requirements:

• Conversational proficiency in Chinese.
• Based in Dongguan or nearby.
• University degree (preferably in a technical field).
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing of electronic components.
• Basic knowledge of international trade and foreign economic activity (FEA).
• Experience in a technical field will be an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to identify problems and find effective solutions.
• Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to see tasks through to completion and turn time into results.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience working with Google Workspace.
• Experience with 1C will be an advantage.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence will be an advantage.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
