Description
Ajax Systems is seeking a Middle/Senior Purchasing Executive to join their Procurement Team in Guangdong, China.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the annual, quarterly, and monthly procurement plans of the company headquarters and all subsidiaries. They will also manage order and delivery of production-related materials, control inventory levels, and ensure production needs are met with guaranteed quality and quantity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing supply guarantee strategies
- Conducting supply-demand analysis to identify potential supply risks
- Communicating with departments related to port customs clearance and logistics
- Managing and evaluating existing suppliers
- Resolving material delivery and quality exceptions
The ideal candidate will have:
- A full-time bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of procurement work experience
- Experience in overseas procurement, supply chain, or international trade
- Proficiency in ERP and SAP systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to withstand work pressure and adapt to changing priorities
