Description
Syneos Health is seeking a Project Manager to independently plan, manage, and deliver assigned initiatives across the Clinical Future Operating Model Portfolio.
The successful candidate will provide structured project management discipline across transformation, operating model, and cross-functional clinical initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, RAID logs, action logs, decision logs, and dependency trackers
- Driving day-to-day execution, ensuring workstreams remain aligned to scope, timelines, governance expectations, and delivery commitments
- Leading project meetings, workstream check-ins, and stakeholder forums to drive progress, resolve blockers, and maintain accountability
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including business owners, workstream leads, SMEs, and enabling functions
- Identifying, managing, documenting, and escalating risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies in a timely and decision-ready manner
The ideal candidate will have experience independently managing projects, transformation initiatives, or cross-functional delivery work, as well as strong project management skills across planning, execution, RAID, reporting, and governance.

The salary range for this position is $80,600.00 - $145,000.00.
