  • Support the production of management reporting, translating findings into meaningful insights which support first line remediation via governance committees.
  • Maintain data quality standards across assurance reporting, reconciling data sources and investigating discrepancies to ensure trusted analytics.
  • Leverage data trends to identify inefficiencies and continuously improve 2LoD oversight processes and assurance techniques.
  • Actively participate in subject matter and technical training to continuously stretch your analytical capabilities and industry knowledge.

Essential Skills

  • Strong background in Management Information (MI) and data analysis within a regulated financial services environment, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools, to design and develop reporting dashboards.
  • Proven capability to dissect complex datasets and identify issues and root causes, with a creative approach to supporting first line with recommendation and management actions.
  • Ability to demonstrate a curious and data-driven mindset in order to identify data anomalies and early warning indicators, with a focus on implementing innovative improvements to current processes with a strong attention to detail.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management frameworks, and conduct standards within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with SQL querying, speech analytics, or workflow systems to enhance data extraction and drive deeper insights.

Additional Benefits

  • The expected salary is up to £50K, depending on the skills and experience you would bring to the role.
  • In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.75 per hour.
