Description
We are looking for a Growth Lead to be one of the founding members of the Spain team at Eucalyptus, which has recently merged with Hims & Hers. As a Growth Lead, you will partner with care teams to support patients across various health conditions and develop a comprehensive growth strategy for the Spanish market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for Spain
- Optimize the acquisition funnel
- Collaborate with a central team of growth marketing professionals and creatives
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Manage the budget and optimize spending across marketing channels
- Adapt proven playbooks for the Spanish market
- Work with the General Manager to set and manage quarterly OKRs
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing in Spain
- Deep understanding of Spanish consumer behavior
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience in managing a marketing budget and analyzing performance metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions
