Description
As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Trulioo, you will play a crucial role at the intersection of technology, revenue, and customer success. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Service Delivery to solve complex identity challenges for enterprise customers, leading efforts from discovery and solution design through to evaluation for prospects and existing customers.
You will translate technical and business requirements into scalable solutions, lead technical engagements, and ensure customers realise maximum value from Trulioo's platform. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys deep technical problem-solving while influencing strategic outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers directly, acting as the key technical point of contact for strategic customers
- Own the discovery process to uncover business objectives, customer technical requirements, run technical demonstrations, and proof of concepts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer outcomes
- Contribute to internal knowledge and technical excellence
Requirements:
- Proven ability to simplify complex concepts, deliver effective product demonstrations, and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Advise on best practices across identity, compliance, fraud, risk, and integrations, adapting your approach to different customer contexts and levels of technical depth
- Strong API expertise (REST, API design, OAuth, API keys, JSON/XML) with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable solutions
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally, collaborating with distributed teams across regions
- Apply a 'Trusted Expert' mindset to interpret customer requirements and recommend flexible, forward-thinking solutions
- Written and verbal English proficiency is required
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools is a bonus
