Product Review Engineers (Associate and Mid-level)

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking proactive Product Review Engineers to join the C-17 Engineering Team in San Antonio, TX. You will provide on-site engineering support at the aircraft maintenance location, develop technical solutions, and act as a principal point of contact for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support around diagnosing and resolving issues encountered in aircraft maintenance operations
• Review defect and damage conditions, establish root cause, and provide acceptable disposition instructions
• Participate in status meetings and technical reviews, support monthly metrics development and submittals
• Drive efficiency in aircraft maintenance operations through collaboration with design, manufacturing, and stress counterparts
• Ensure customer compliance with Boeing standards
• Document and organize ongoing and/or completed repairs with supporting engineering data for customer review

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• 1+ year of experience in an Engineering role
• 1+ year of experience in reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of higher education and/or related work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving abilities
• 1+ year of experience with applying knowledge of design principles to assess and resolve product issues through the product lifecycle
• 1+ year of experience with developing dispositions for aircraft non-conformances
• Universal Product Review certification

Salary:

• Associate Level (Level 2): $85,000-$115,000
• Mid-level (Level 3): $103,700 - $140,300
