Description
We are seeking an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master to join our team in Hong Kong.
As an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, you will ensure that projects are delivered according to the agreed scope, time, and cost. You will lead, coach, and support the project team, including business and vendors, on timeline communication with stakeholders on project progress, status, issues, and requesting support or escalation at the right time.
Key responsibilities:
- Document and align project scope with stakeholders, develop project plans, business cases, resource plans, and project budgets for approval by relevant sponsors or approval committees.
- Lead and motivate the project team to carry out project tasks and deliverables according to the agreed timeline and cost estimations.
- Manage project financials, including project finance, project cost reforecast, benefit tracking, and realization.
- Perform project closure and define the post-project tracking mechanism to follow through until the end of the project realization period.
- With a holistic view of IT projects and delivery methodology, work with delivery teams to ensure resource planning is done according to overall needs with an optimal balance of resources from local partners, onshore and offshore resources.
- Drive internal and external partners on Agile ways of working to ensure strategic initiatives are executed with the right level of agility and flexibility.
