Description
We are seeking experienced and passionate Social Workers to work directly with vulnerable adolescents and their families in the Adolescent Early Support Team. The team provides intensive, relationship-based support to adolescents who may not engage with traditional services. As a Social Worker, you will build trusted relationships with young people, undertake assessments and develop intervention plans, deliver direct work addressing risk, resilience and wellbeing, support young people experiencing family conflict, disengagement and emerging vulnerability, coordinate multi-agency support, and promote safety, inclusion and positive outcomes.
The role requires a qualified and registered Social Worker with experience working with adolescents, understanding of safeguarding and contextual risk, and skills in engagement and relationship-based practice.
The salary range for this role is £46,422 pa rising in annual increments to £52,920 pa inclusive of LW.
