We are seeking a part-time Social Worker to join our team, working 19 hours per week. The salary range for this role is £32,734 - £41,463 pro rata.
As a Social Worker, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and leadership in Safeguarding
- Focus on the rights of service users and their families
- Investigate, evaluate, and learn from allegations to improve safety, dignity, and compassion
- Work as part of the Multi-disciplinary Team focusing on prevention, early intervention, building resilience, and self-care
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work
- Registered with Social Work England
- Completion of the ASYE or equivalent post-qualifying experience
- Experience managing a caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policy
- Ability to manage complex cases under supervision
